Explore variations on a familiar structure — with bio-mechanical breakdowns, building alignment awareness in each pose from the ground up through a connection with breath and body. Expect a powerful practice with permission to stay foundational and plenty of opportunity to play. Knowledge of yoga recommended as this not a beginner format.

A slow flow that allows you to deepen your practice and alignment. Great for beginners or experienced yogi’s who would like to slow down and refine their practice.
